Slice venison cube steaks into strips, brown in skillet with a table sthingy of olive oil, two table sthingys of Whistershire sauce, sautee sliced onion and bell pepper while browning. Once the meat is cooked sprinkle sliced cheese over the meat then serve on hoggie buns.
